Title: Soy and Estrogen

My mother is a total health nut. We used to eat a lot of soy, and the other day over dinner she said that soy is full of estrogen. I almost choked on my organic, local lettuce! ;)
What I am wondering is if there are foods with testosterone in them? I really can't stand my curvy hips and legs and don't get me started on the rest of my body!
Thanks :)

Chilli peppers :)
By the way, Estrogen, or more precisely phytoestrogen level in soy is very very low - otherwise all MtF part of this forum would be sitting on soy diet :)

It's true what she said, it has Estrogen.
You want reverse? Eat CAULIFLOWER & Brocoli, it's highly ANTI-ESTROGEN.
