Hi redzonebob43, welcome to Susan's Place!

Here is a page from our Wiki with two mentions of  factor V Leiden, one in Contraindications, and one in Cardiovascular: http://susans.org/wiki/Hormone_replacement_therapy_%28male-to-female%29 (http://susans.org/wiki/Hormone_replacement_therapy_%28male-to-female%29)

I also found this, it is a very old thread: https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,31536.0.html (https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,31536.0.html)

Hope this helps, hugs, Devlyn
