Title: Little Breasts
Post by: oogie292 on August 08, 2013, 08:24:58 PM
Hi guys, so I have been taking estradial valerate injections for almost 2 years and I have very minimal breast development.I cant even completely fill out an A cup. I have also been taking spironolactone for a year and a halfish. I tried being really patient at first I figured I just needed more time but now I am really getting worried that nothing is going to happen. My Mom and My sisters all have B Cups. Sisters have fluctuated into the C with weight gains. Have any of you had a similar situation for it took a while for them to get larger? I definately have the inner tissue/milk ducts but very little projection. If I have to get implants I will but I want to make sure my body is done developing. Any help is appreciated.

I never had massive growth I only have A cup and my mother was a Large C and then became D when she had cysts, I have had my E and T tested and I know my levels are fine so it is not that. If you look around the world at cis womyn there are all kinds of sizes and many will have mothers with D cup and then only have A cups themself everyone is different.

AND no womyn is satisfied with her body welcome to the real world the media and society.

so - yes make sure your levels are correct but if they are correct remember - you are a real womyn even if you do not have a massive chest. you are not your body parts.

Yes, have both T and E levels checked. Either or both could affect things. Then again, your nearest F relatives have "B"'s, so it's thought you'll have a cup size (or more) smaller than they are...which is about where you are, unfortunately.

I think the recommended time until BA is 2 years on HRT. But again, check your levels (and, imho, you should be following these closely with your Dr.)

Yes, and it is entirely within her rights to want a larger chest. If she wants one...let her go for it.

Thanks guys, my e levels are higher than most women and my T levels are lower than most women so I dont think that is the issue. I am 21 and started when I was 19 so my age shouldnt be a large factor either. But if my breast are to be an A cup then I should at least be able to fill an a cup and I cant they are very loose. I know Im too skinny all over but no matter what I just can't seem to gain weight!

not sure how thin you are but if your thin enough and a smaller build, smaller breasts will sometimes appear more naturally looking then bigger ones.

I have been told I'm thin...I don't see it always but my smaller breasts fit my frame well... I guess I am considered somewhat petite though I am too tall 5' 6" to be truly petite...

I would say I'm a full A on the verge of a small B I have viewed many smaller breasts on a website called something like "real breasts' its a website that women send in pics of their breasts to show how size and shape differ so much....I have seen my size and smaller on their....some women weigh more than I and some weigh less.

I have found that wearing the correct bra helps tremendously....I was wearing a 34A and barley filling it out....I switched to a 32B and my breasts fill the cup and actually bounce...I even fill out a 32C very well

Hiya
You don't quote your blood assey  numbers.  At your age you t wo be at it highest with your testicles working overtime

Thus you are  probably going to need a serious dose of AA to take them down but you do need thr actual numbers bloods every 3 longest 6 months to find out .

I did not DEMAND that she not - I merely pointed out that she like all females are genuine.

Please review the following posting guideline entitled "Please use clinical terms for anatomy"

This means you should use words like Penis, Vagina, and Breasts, instead of commonly used terms that have a vulgar cast to them. The Slang terms while descriptive can lead to a negative impression and a lowering of the reputation of the site. Thanks!

Ok, assuming your numbers are good, and two years have passed (that's just a "recommended" time frame, some have had breast growth after 10+ years, ymmv; but imho after 2 years "most" MTF's have what they're going to get from Mother Nature)...it'd be reasonable to consult with a breast surgeon for augmentation.

The better surgeons will work with you in considering your wishes, your frame and general build, aesthetics, etc. and will help find a good size and shape.

Good luck!

I have been taking antiandrogens and my testosterone is almost at nothing. I have a small frame so its okay if I have small breasts but I am flat chested. I would be very pleased if I had small breasts. Its not that Im an A cup and I want to b a B cup its that I am not even an A cup!

This is your basic issue - if you have no fat anywhere, you are not going to build breasts  :(   you need to eat correctly and add poundage - when I first got on HRT  I actually went to an ice cream shop and got an ice cream every day - I gained 20 pounds and put on both hips and breasts.

I do know my breasts fluctuate with my weight - I am a full B when at over 200 lbs and only an A now that  I am 120 lbs.

For ice cream, may I suggest Baskin-Robbins "Blueberry Cheesecake", two scoops in a waffle bowl"?

Mmmm, yummy. And it's cheesecake, so it's good for you! ;) And while you're there, get me one too, please.

I may be in the minority on this one but I like my little natural A cups, thank you universal forces good or bad or the good ol' gynoclamastia and a confused system through puberty. I really don't want any bigger. As for breasts sizes, I think Milla Jevovich's are the perfect size.

Little boobs are awesome! They don't really sag as you get older like large breasts.

Hi oogie!
My first ten years on HRT didn't produce much in the way of breast tissue, it all came later and even after I lost 60 lbs. Go figure!
I think what's typical for cis women doesn't really apply to trans women anyway.

Unless she's like me. I have always been skinny and always will be, I can smash burgers like no other and eat piles of fries. I may have a full looking tummy for maybe 2 hours and then back to skinny. My parents were told by doctors to take me to Carls' JR. McDonald's etc, they told them to put me on weight gaining shakes and protein supplements etc. All it did was make me want to gag, I hated those shakes!! Never gained an ounce btw lol.

Doctor's said I'd gain weight once I was 30 + years. Which is true I gained about 10 lbs since I was in High School. I'm almost 6'2" and barely 135 lbs my last visit, and that was with shoes on lol.

My point in all this is I know what it is like to be a "hard gainer" which is the technical word for it in the fitness world. When I was on HRT at 22/23 I did see results in the breast area quickly and had I not stopped I think I'd have gotten at least a good B. At 35 I have a little layer of what I think has to be fat, as I don't have any chest muscles (never have). I also think because of that and my first stint with HRT I'll probably see pretty quick results.

I'd say at your age you should definitely see better results, 2 years is awhile but I don't think being thin weighs too heavily on it. My sisters and mom are skinny too (runs on my moms side) and my mom has D's and my sister has very large C's. So at least in my case I'd say it weighed more on genetics than on weight. I'm not an expert though and very new here, so just talking from my perspective and experience!

Good luck, I hope you see some changes soon!  :)

The sad news is, some of us just don't ever get the development we are led to expect.

I've been on hormones for a bit over 2 years and my breasts are still less than an A-cup.. They just make it as a AA-cup. I've had some changes to my body and face, but not as much as I expected.

We have a word for women with small breasts. We call them women.

I'm proud of my A-cups. They're beautiful!

This really worries me :( I have NO fat (or muscle...) on my chest and I'm skinny (but not underweight).I just started hrt so I'm worried if I start fattening myself now (if I even manage it, i don't get fat easily) that it will still go to 'male' places since my body hasn't gotten fully accustomed to the hrt yet (?) also I don't WANT to get fat, I want to be a healthy woman not an overweight woman just for the off chance of growing breasts :( and BA is a huge no-no... am I just stuck hoping for the best (being 'lucky' in that I grow breasts that are mostly made of non-fatty tissue even or lucky in that what fat I have will eventually after some reasonable time migrate to my breasts)? :o it just seems silly that the only way to grow breasts is to get unhealthy (overweight, or at least... fatter?) ._.

ps. just to make it clear I have no desire to get large breasts, just to get breasts in the first place, a cup is fine... though i wouldn't mind if it was b, but a completely flat chest isn't really the way to go...

Did you read my post earlier? I'm naturally underweight and always will be, read my post I think you'll feel better about your potential outcome

You can have the most perfect levels in the world, you can have the perfect starting body.. But if you don't also have genetics on your side, you're mostly out of luck. And some of us just don't.

Well, there's always silicone!  ;)

And with silicone, one does not "have" to choose BIG, they make small squishies, too. There's no right or wrong to this, only if it makes one feel better about themselves...hell yeah!

I wasn't much in the top department for the first few years of my HRT. In the past 2 years I've really filled up, so don't lose hope! Online bra calculators have me anywhere from 36C to 32D, but I'm not sure how accurate they are.

Does the balooning weight technique to shed male fat distribution and encourage female distribution mentioned in the weightloss threads affect breasts?

Oh... and to the 'I can eat anything' crew...  :icon_censored: you.

I am surprised no one is leaping for joy at hagen daz therapy.  I would be like racing to the store.

I am also going to +1 the itty bitty titty committee- or as I like to call them Pixie Boobs.  They are very sexy and feminine- the delicate graceful end of the spectrum.   But saying that is probably only a sticky plaster on what sounds like a wound.  Big hugs.

I personally want something perky and vertical rather than... er... bags of fun.

Vegie,

I find that there is nothing more comfortable than a properly fitted support bra.

The key words are "properly fitted" and "support". Do not use "do it yourself" measurements. Go to a specialty bra store and get measured by the staff. Their measurements will surprise you and the fit is fantastic.

I did this recently and the bra I am now wearing is comfortable, it supports my breasts and I love it. My bra is not a fashion bra with lots of push-up or lace or anything like that. It is just any everyday unpadded, soft cup bra with lots of support. My size is 46 B and I fill it out completely. In a little while I might fill out a C cup.

I am not bragging, just letting you all know what I am talking about.
