Are there any that will communicate through email or chat, or do they all want web-cam communication?

These are the 2 I'm looking in to. From what I have heard Dr. Pellever is alright it all you want is a letter, not if you want therapy for therapy's sake. Haven't heard much about Dr. Leonhardt but the little I have heard is good.

When I was looking into the therapist I wanted, they were in my top three choices, with the other being Dr. Carol Clark. I emailed the first two first and asked them some questions in regards to payment options but I've never got a response so in the end I went with Dr. Clark. I love her as a therapist, though her price is a bit high (which is why I chose the other two first- $160 a session? ouch). She does great work and if I had a constant money coming in, I would go to her weekly. I've heard that Dr. Pellever can be blunt, and a few people didn't like him, and I've heard Melissa was good too. I suppose it depends on the person.
