So I'm setting up an appointment with a social worker that has experience with trans clients
when I asked how long she usually waits before writing a letter of rec for hrt she said "it depends on the individual regarding how many sessions it takes before getting a letter of rec for HRT" that sounds pretty reasonable lol
I hope it all works out

I wish you luck with your sessions. Just try to relax and talk from the heart and you will be fine.

That sounds a lot like my therapist. Just go in an be open and honest. All should be okay. It's scary at first, but it really is no big deal after you start.
