Title: Buying my first (2?) binders
Post by: CopperCumin on August 18, 2013, 11:51:07 PM
I'm finally getting myself a binder, and i have enough money to get 2 if I really want to.

One is probably gonna be the 997 from underworks, but for my other one I was thinking of either

Has anyone had any experience with either of those two? How well did they bind compared to underworks? For the velcro one, did you find that it binded better on one side? If so, which one?

I have a loveboat velcro binder. I like it and it doesn't give me claustrophobic feelings like most binders do. It doesn't bind better on one side though it may fit weird if you don't get at least close to the correct size.

How long have you had it? I asked in another forum (->-bleeped-<-), and I was told that the velcro can sort of peel back, so that it brushes against your arms and makes ripping noises. Has that happened with you?

I've had it a little over a year.No ripping sound except when I take it off. It does sometimes not line up and rub on my skin. I have padded it a bit to help with that.

I have a Loveboat Air Max pullover. I like it as binders go. I didn't like the velcro as I could feel it against my skin. I am VERY tactilely bothered by stuff, and am on the autism spectrum.
