No don't worry about that! They are talking about aspirin and other thinning medications that people with clots and heart problems have to take. A lot of even post-ops take a baby aspirin every day when they are on estrogen just as a precaution against clots, so I'm sure that's the intent of the letter. Just go with your surgeon's advice, relax and have a great outcome.
