Hello. My dosage of estrogen was increased yesterday and I noticed last night that I had a swollen lymph node under my right armpit. This morning, I noticed that it was gone, but now I had one under my left armpit. It is tender and painful to touch, but isn't very red or swollen. Could this just be due due to the increase in dosage yesterday, or is this something I should be worried about? I'm in my teens, so I'm hoping that it's not a sign of a tumor or whatnot. Thanks for all the help!

I have had this happen when my hormones were increased. My doctor said that it would happen and was normal, but if it continued to come in and have it checked.

Thanks. That makes me feel better about it. What got me scared was that the first thing I got when I googled it was it as a sign of cancer.

I understand your panic. It is just the hormones, your body will be going through a lot of changes right now.
