I feel semi awkward asking this!! But my partner is pre everything, and has just begun social transition. He's bought a STP, but we haven't ventured into the play department. I'm really concerned about the possibility of him not climaxing? I remember finding a dildo once where there was like a ball or something that would rub against his 'clit' during sex? Although I can't for the life of me find it anywhere online. Could anyone recommend anything? I've also heard from other people that the general thrusting motion against a normal dildo is enough to make them climax - is this true for anyone? We've spoken about it and he likes the sound of it but has left it up to me to find. So help!! Otherwise, any experiences or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Why not try play with just a dildo first and see whether he can come from that alone? Yes I have heard of cis and trans people who can come that way.

I use just a regular strap on with my girlfriend during intimacy and it is possible for me to get off. But it takes a long time and i really have to work on getting the thrusting just right. It helps way more if I use the harness while naked but that is really uncomfortable for me due to chafing and such. I am at school right now so I can't really browse X rated sites but there are things out there to aid with the pleasure of your dude.

I'm sure if positioned just right in the harness it would stay in place enough to rub against the wearer's anatomy...maybe enough to get them off? Has anyone tried it?
