Every day stuff?
Umm. Translucent powder, eyeliner, mascara, maybe a mid shade lipstick or gloss if I wanna get fancy. Daily moisturizer is a must if you don't wanna look awful HRT dries you out something fierce. As long as it has alpha hydroxy, it's good, don't get suckered by the $70+ dept store brands.
Good hair drier and flat iron (don't cheap out on these).
Mostly I just pick up things as I go along. After four years, I've got a nice little collection of things for various looks and can go with any look on any day, just depends on my mood.
Most days though? I have enough time to get my hair in order, the eyeliner and mascara and I'm out the door. Makeup is generally there to look like it's not there.

For me, a must have is a paper bag with eye holes.
Really though, I just use regular Neutrogena moisturizer, then a little cg smoother in a couple places to lighten things up and then a little bit of cg foundation, a tad of blush, some powder and then a little lip gloss with light color in it. Although by the end of the day, a lot of it is worn or wiped off. I don't put a lot of effort in it. I have my makeup application down to a few minutes.
I have a blow dryer, but I don't use it. Its one of those neat ones too with a self retracting cord. I just wet my hair, rub in a little mouse, then fluff it with my fingers and spritz a little hair spray on it and let it dry while I get stuff ready to open at the store.

Concealer, lip moisturizer, lip gloss, and eye liner. Everything else is kinda optional.
