Title: Anyone else have similar reaction to hormones?

Not talking doses, but my endo is really conservative and has me on a starter dose of spiro and e for three months. Said if blood work comes back ok at check up we can go up to a real dose. So needless to say I'm six weeks in and feels like I've got half golf balls under each nipple. Not that I'm complaining just seems early from what I've read, and given the fact I32. I'm sure there are plenty of others out there, but some feed back would be much appreciated.

Yes. I actually started on a very low dose (and ended up having to halve *that* by the 3-month mark) and still had noticeable "perking" and breast buds (those "golf balls") and serious soreness on the stairs by day 5. Personally, I think it's a factor of how readily one's body responds to estrogen; some people are just more receptive than others. Oh, and I was 32 as well.
Brace yourself - 3.5 years in and I'm 42DDD. :)

A little over six weeks. I'm 47 and at last measure something is happening. Not dramatic, but new sensations and a little all over swelling. I don't know about you, but everyone I have talked to (me included) noticed it first in the left Bewbie. :)

I was started on minimal dosages last December and each visit (every 3 months, although the most recent was a 2 month interval) she's increased the dosages. My next visit is in November and unless the blood work she's ordered for prior to that visit shows an issue I believe she's going to increase it for the last time.
That being said, I've never really "felt" anything, but there is now obvious growth. I didn't notice it initially - my wife and our roommate did; but they appear to be approaching "B" status - which surprised me as with my age (just turned 43) I wasn't expecting much with the dosages I was on. I'm curious to see what happens over the next several months.

Well, yes and no. I started with a low dose of estradiol without any spiro. Once I started spiro and a higher dose of estradiol together, I started to notice development. To be honest, I never noticed anything like golf balls. I've always had breasts, albeit small ones, so our starting point and sensations are probably a bit different.
Congrats on the progress! :)

Yep, same here! ONe day you bump them, they hurt and are very tender. and then you touch them and you feel it. I noticed it starting around 1.5 months or so

Lol. The nipple pain can be quite annoying, but I suppose it's a good sign.

It goes away with time but while they're growing in, it feels like hell.

sounds normal
when I started, my nipples became sensitive within a day or two of starting hrt. They do hurt when they grow and do hurt when they bounce. Wear a good bra with padding.. it helps.
