After 13 months, it would be sheer flattery to call my breast growth 'modest.' My E and T scores have been good, and this may just be the hand I've been dealt ("cup" I've been poured?). And you might counsel me to have patience. But because I am an impatient patient, is there anything you would suggest I might suggest to her should she not have any recommendations?

Well many surgeons, I assume you are thinking surgery, do need a bit of lead time for the consult and scheduling before the deed is done. You could get a consult from a good BA surgeon and let them know your issue and see them about your progress so they get an idea of that with regards to not installing implants if they think that you will have any significant growth that would interfere with the BA.

I'm actually not thinking surgery. I'd rather not do that now. Or at least hold out until the price of the stem cell (if that's what it's called) falls to half because more surgeons are doing it. That's a long way off.

Maybe you would benefit from Progesterone? But really, it sounds like you are most likely inclined to be very petite. Are the women in your fam the same way?

Thanks! Yes. They are petite, but they have relatively large breasts. Because of this, I'm angry and resentful >:( >:( >:( >:( ;)

She's generally disinclined to prescribe P, but if I can summon tears, she might make an exception.

Just asking because smoking can seriously hamper the effects of hrt. I'm in a similar boat. Nearly 3 years and not much boobage (I'm just under a 32b. 32a is too small but 32b leaves a little gap)
I always swore I wouldn't go for breast augmentation but I'm starting to change my mind..
13 months really isn't long, give it at least 2 years. You might just be a slow bloomer :) (like me)

The problem with the stem cell method is it has to be redone every 6 months or so.....

Some of us just don't get much boobage. I myself don't have much upstairs but mom has an A cup so I couldn't really have expected more. I'm just planning on BA after I'm retired from derby (so as to avoid a pop), personally. Progesterone might help but, really, if you've got small boobs, there's only so much it can do. Hate to be blunt but, I don't want you pinning all your hope on something like that.

I've literally read hundreds of accounts of breast growth from persons on hormones and the only consistent factor is that results-- and time of growth-- vary greatly. While many (most?) TS folks come out fairly small, this is not always the case and it can apparently take as much as 5 years or more for full development to occur. I've actually run across more than one who got BA after several years of little growth, then had a late growth spurt, ending up larger than they had really desired.

Personally, I've always thought of small breasts were as beautiful as large ones. Sooner or later you  have to simply stop correcting yourself and learn to love yourself as you are.

Just heard of a girl here in LA getting a BA about 2 months after starting hormones. I was in disbelief that a surgeon would even do that! Yikes.

Even when I started hormones, I knew I would never get a BA. I knew I would be happy with whatever the universe genetically bestowed upon me. I'm not a purist or anything, I guess I just find breasts of all sizes to be beautiful.
