I rlly suck at writing long stuff without sounding incoherent so I'm just going to put everything in bullet points okay
-I'm Cheryl. I'm an 18 year old(as of last thursday) male-to-female transsexual living in Michigan
-I started estrogen...today, and I've been seeing a therapist and getting electrolysis and all that stuff, which is pretty surreal because this time last year I hadn't even started transitioning.
-I'm out to pretty much my whole family and for the most part, they're okay with it, except my grandfather refuses to talk about it.
-I came out to a few friends back in late 2011 but they were really ->-bleeped-<-ty about it(refusing to call me anything other than [birth name], using feminine pronouns sarcasticaly, etc.). I stopped associating with them about 7 months ago, so I uh, really don't have any friends irl.
-I'm hella introverted and shy
-I've been struggling with depression for the past 4 years.
-I'm anti-capitalist
-I'm really into books, mainly epic poetry and crime novels.
-I want to study forensic psychology in college.
-I play a lot of video games,,,,,
-I bellydance, and I kind of really suck at it. I've been learning from the internet and dvds and stuff, but after I go full time I want to start taking classes.
That's rlly all I could think of. I'm not a very interesting person,,,,

A BIG WARM WELCOME. You will love it here as we are not strangers on a forum, but family, so glad your here little sister. There is a lot of caring, compassionate and educated people here. You will find real life stories from people who have been there and done that. The only rules really are to be respectful and honest with us as well as yourself. Have a great time, but be warned, you will find friends here very quickly. This is the only place I really go to on the net now. If you have a bad day, tell us. If you have a good day share the news with us. If you just need to vent, there are plenty of people here to listen. Again, welcome.

Hi Cheryl, :icon_wave:
Welcome to our little family. Over 7853 members. That would be one heck of a family reunion.
Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams. Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.
But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another sister. (https://www.susans.org/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fsmileys.on-my-web.com%2Frepository%2FAnimals%2Fferret-3.gif&hash=f49e2f86761323f2abd9c33941920389dbb3b10f)

Hi!
What's anti-capitalist? Is it just a PC word for communist, or is there some other economic system that you are for?

Mmmmm no, it doesn't necessarily mean communist(I lean more towards socialism tbh)

To put it bluntly, socialism is an economy, and communism(a form of socialism) is economic and political

If I may make a suggestion, a new thread about the subject "Communism vs Socialism" would be a better idea than discussing this in an Introduction. Hugs, Devlyn

Hello!

I'm into most kinds, but I usually prefer games that are really stylistic or games with a good story, like Metal Gear and stuff
