Title: In love, but have sexual questions? I'm dating a M to F.

First time I've fallen in love with someone like this, and she's such an amazing person, the sex is very different though than what I've been used to, I'm a woman and I consider myself pansexual. She sometimes mentions she feels a little down after we fool around or have sex due to no "Physical" orgasm (cumming?) on her end, but she is evidently turned on and it shows. She actually wants to know if it is possible to have an orgasm after being on hormone replacement therapy for a year and progesterone too, but before surgery? If anyone knows let me know! She is very feminine during sex, so I almost feel she has female orgasms?

It is possible, but like virtually everything about HRT, everyone experiences different results. HRT can often affect the ability to become erect, and obviously as a result achieve orgasm, but there are many non op MtF's who still have a healthy sex life. The brain is still the biggest sexual organ and matters most when it comes to sex. Perhaps you could both explore a variety of other things when it comes to bedroom activities to see what works?
If you're into podcasting, I highly recommend the Sex is Fun podcast available on iTunes. They have several feeds for old episodes and perhaps you two can find some inspiration there?

I'm a shy person when it comes to that podcasting about sex information I was sheltered, my dad was a very narrow minded minister.
Which is a whole nother thing.
Haha.
Well she gets hard in an instant for me, but only for me. And it seems to be she gets "wetter" than a Male normally does. Like a woman when turned on.

Yep, it depends on the person. I don't actually know about progesterone, but my wife never had significant issues either with her original or her current equipment. (Actually, she is orgasmic from breast play alone. I'm jealous. ;) ) There may be problems with erection and ejaculation can cease entirely, but neither of those ARE the orgasm, they just accompany it in cis men. There are trans women who orgasm just fine without an erection, for example.

Just a thought, but you might want to research "internal orgasms" for men (because, alas, that is the physiology you are dealing with at the moment). It was (and is) my favorite means of getting complete satisfaction.
No need to deal with "it", I could just take a hitachi magic wand (or anything that vibrates *strongly*) and press the vibrating bit firmly on my perineum where one day (money and health permitting) I will one day have the right part. Then it's just a matter of getting turned on and, um, "flexing" (I *think* it's doing Kegels).
No mess to deal with afterwards, and extremely satisfying on so many levels... and you can do it again and again with no letdown. Since it doesn't use the offending bits, it should work even during heavy HRT, but I'm not sure (I won't get to start that until my endo's first opening in January, alas).
Good luck! :)
Moderators: I tried to be as descriptive as possible without crossing any TOS lines... please let me know if I went too far and what I can do to fix it if I did... Still learning the ropes here. ;)

thanks all. we have figured it all out now. :) the post about not needing to touch the offending bits was 100% spot on. :) works great.
