I am 16 years post op and still never had intercourse . I now have little depth can anyone help or advise

Lawdy girl you need to be USING that thing regularly! Find a good gynecologist - he/she can steer you right.
(I am coming up on 40 years post and have lost some depth through too many years of neglect but I would NEVER pass up a chance to get some sexercise LOL!)

You'll probably need to have your vagina dilated under (local?) anesthesia to have any hope at getting something back without surgery. +1 in finding a good gyno though since they cam explore the options available depending on how bad it is.
You'll probably want to invest in a vaginal stent set either way to avoid a third revision.
