   OK so i have been lurking on the site for a bit and finally decided to register and say hello.  Reading the stories on here has been so helpful that i wanted to say thank you all for sharing. I am not alone in how i have felt all these years and that means so much. It brings tears to my eyes thinking about it. I am recently came out to a gay friend of mine and that was a big step for me. I saw some happiness in my eyes for the first time in years. I came out to my wife a week ago and she is very supportive. That helps a ton. Her being bisexual probably helps. I have a long way to go and I know that the people on here and other places will be key to making it through. I am not on hrt yet but I have set up an appointment. Just admitting how i feel to myself has already had a change. I looked in the mirror and saw the woman inside looking back. I cried.

Welcome Robin! Maggie is right about the support here because you did not join a forum, you just joined a family. I have never in my life seen so many people from so many different situations show so much love, respect and knowledge. This family is so addictive I rarely go anywhere else on the net, there is just too much information, genuine caring and fun here. I think with the time you have spent here already you can tell we care. I for one am really jazzed up by having another new sister! BIG HUG!!  :)
