Unfortunately, Arquette does not present a single post-operative transsexual acquaintance to offer guidance -- to either Arquette or us, the audience. An expert in trans issues would have added a great deal.
There are a few fun moments in "She's My Brother." Home movies of an Arquette family Christmas in 1986 show just how cute David and Patricia have always been.
