So as a Transman there are things that I either need to see, hear, do, or be told...what are yours?
Mine is as a man I still need to be told I look good just to bump up the self-esteem.

For me it is what I need to not hear, see, do, etc.
Getting yelled at in the ER, the insults and getting 'asked' to leave places. The whole bathroom thing in papers and the constant high costs of care I will never be able to afford. I often wish to just be left in peace.

Time to come to the Land Down Under! We accept and care, with some hiccups along the way!

I agree with LordKat. Also, I need bill C-279 to be passed and for gender dysphoria to be recognized as a medical condition same as any other medical condition.
I also need to get my temper out of control and learn how to tolerate being around people I despise without saying or doing something antagonistic.

As a whole I think we all need acceptance. As well as space. Another thing I need is to not be asked why I'm not just a lesbian.

If I had a way to get there, I'd be on your front door step before you know it. I have always wanted to go to Australia since about 7th grade.

This of course depends where you are coming from. A man to my mind.
"Never violate a woman, nor harm a child.
Do not lie , cheat or steal. These are things for lesser men.
Protect the weak against the evil strong.
And never allow thoughts of gain lead you into the pursuit of evil."
Poetic? Yes.
Practical?
Being a man? Yes.
It was written by David Gemmell about a character in one of his books.
I see no difference between a transman and a cisman.
You are men. Why should a woman have different expectations of what ideal men are?
Sorry if I have missed the plot.

Oh, the fragile male ego! ;) :D
I'm kidding around, but I do find the male ego a bit adorable. I mean that in a good way. :)

Er... I don't know if you've noticed, but we got into talking about how we want acceptance, civil rights, and to have our identities respected.
