I got to thinking about this idea yet again as I prepared for out T D O R here locally. While we so far have no "Official " day to do this , it could be ! In deed folks , Gays have their "Pride '. Nice as many of these festivals are , it still doesn't represent what I call SUCESSFUL people who have done something to be awarded a recognition in their community. I want to hear from EVERYONE here at Susan's on this . I want to see lawmakers awarded , people on the street even recognition that they have done something positive for furthering Transgender living and or lifestyle . I'd like to see scholarships awarded to a transgender student too.
Hey, it doesn't have to have a parade down Main street, just a simple buffet. Afterwards , lets have awards . O K , what do you say??? ellen

If that happened, Willow, I would actually have been able to go to school.

So many more are in worse situations though.
