Susan's Place Transgender Resources

If things go my way within the next several months I was thinking about getting a camera and perhaps doing video logs or vlogs or whatever of my transition. You know, something for myself but also for others to see. I know there's plenty of them already on youtube but I think it'd be a great thing for me to do, so that one day I can look back on them and think, "I made it."

My curiosity is would anyone be interesting in seeing it? I won't start it until I know what's going on, but I figured it could be a great way to see the changes I go through.

Thoughts?

I would watch it. I love to see our brothers and sisters succeed and prosper. I also gives hope to those who have yet to start and gives them a look at the possibilities of the future. Great idea!  :)

I'd watch it.  Those vlogs are actually very helpful to many transgender people.  Remember the days before you came out?  Wasn't it helpful to know there were other people out there that are like you?  That's the same situation today.  And sometimes it's therapeutic for us to share our experiences with one another.  So, if you are up for putting yourself on cam and opening up to the world, then I say go for it.  It can do a lot of good for others as well as yourself.  I know I look back at some of my old writings and get a kick out of the me from a few months ago, lol.

Most definitely!!!  I LOVE seeing those videos.  It gives me hope when I see people fighting to be who they need to be :)

Awesome, I managed to make a secondary youtube account so I'll see what happens in the near future with this clinic visit. Hopefully it bares good news cause then I can get to work on finding a job and stuff.
