Aloha Mona,
I don't want to alarm you unneccesarily as I'm just a random person from the internet... but you might want to talk to the doctor on the phone prior to your appointment and see if he wants to see you sooner or have you stop dilating until he can see you. It could just be from the constipation, but you could be injuring the wall between your vagina and your rectum. If this is the case, it could develop into a rectovaginal fistula.
Again, don't panic. That is probably a worse case scenario. But do talk to your doctor immediately. It may all clear up after you get the constipation dealt with, but better safe than sorry.

By all means consult your doctor.
You may want to acquire an over-the-counter stool softener.

I'm only a student and so cannot give formal medical advice but I concur with the general suggestions already given to contact your specialist as soon as you can. However I would like to add that there are plenty of other less alarming possible reasons for this - for example some internal bruising to the muscles - a small adhesion somewhere - all sorts of reasons which are not by any means as dramatic as a fistula.
So while I think seeking prompt advice is definitely wise, I also think that you shouldn't worry because the comment from Sunkat is a bit of a worst case scenario rather than the most likely one.

I got a stool softener after SRS, so it may be a good idea to do that. I am not sure if pain is an indicator of a developing fistula - I had no special pain when I got mine. Make sure you aim "up" and not "back" when dilating. That way you should avoid the digestive system. But go see your doc anyways - better one check too many than one not done. Pain never is good and always should be dealt with.
