Now that the cheesy intro to the tread is done I'll talk about my feelings. I love them, though not as much as dresses, my favrite style is boy shorts, cause they look so dang cute! My dream panties are cute Kirby boy shorts with added side nubs for the hands.

sometimes i find some i really like such as the matching set i got at Victoria Secret the other week

I like some of them and some are a real pain. I think that all underwear can be a pain though. I could never go commando though because I have sensitive skin. It is for the latter reason that I like panties because they tend to be easier on my skin. I also like that there are more options. On the other hand my little problem is not so little and so many pantie options are simply not available for me and that does not help my dysphoria.

I have a love/hate relationship with them.

We always used to call all underwear panties in my house (after I got married)... lol

I just wish I could wear nicer ones... but wearing two pair AND the gaff makes that sorta pointless! Cheap panties are my friends.
I suppose I could wear a nicer pair on the top layer... but then it really is just for "looks" and that makes the cost seem not too worthwhile. I hear there's some semi-annual panty sale... maybe I'll check that out when it happens.

I love wearing thongs, but being pre-op limits my choices, as I need something to keep my male parts in check.. but you get nice thongs like that..
I dont really tuck fully, unless I am wearing something really tight.. I found most pants/dresses/skirts you can get away with just pointing my penis down in the panty. Thongs are uncomfortable when you first try them.. but you do get use to it. Now i think they are very comfortable underwear. after a while you don't even feel the thong. I love it when I bend, and it pulls up.. 

After SRS and I have healed sufficiently, i want wear a real g-string.. the ones with just string in the back.. I hate panty lines ....

Eh. They don't feel supportive enough for me, too little cloth for a person who wears exclusively skirts. Maybe that'll be different after SRS, but for now I'm not really interested. Aesthetically, they're all right.

Years ago when I first started wearing panties, I loved the way polyester panties felt. But then my mom tipped me off and told me that I won't sweat so much with cloth panties , so I changed over and never went back.  Now I have tried the boy shorts and they do fit and feel good, and I do occasionally do enjoy wearing thongs and attimes I just like slipping into a regular pair of panties with the frills along the legs.  :)

I like certain styles of boyshorts and hipsters, but I'm a bit picky. I definitely like low-cut stuff. And I prefer cute stuff over sexy. Lace is okay on occasion, but in general I don't really care for that and frills or bows or whatever. Thongs are alright I guess, aside from their lack of support.

Panties, love them, worn them all my life. However I will just be glad when they fit my body better if you know what I mean.
