Yeah, so basically exactly what the title says.  When I have an orgasm now I'm ejaculating semen, "semen", something that seems to be identical to semen? and it's kinda freaking me out.

I'm on T and have been for a few years now. 

I started noticing that every once in a while when I'd have an orgasm I would ejaculate a semen like fluid.  Early on it felt like semen that was on the clear side; but was NOT 100% clear.  It just looked like semen that was of the clearer type.

As time went on, it increased both in amount and how much it really resembled semen to the point where now it's always happening and the fluid is identical to a cis-guy's semen; trust me I've compared a lot lol.   ;)

Right now it's the creamy, pearly, white color.  It's not white, white obviously but has that color/hue to it.  When there's less of it on my fingers it's quite sticky and when there's a glob of it; it basically feels like a sticky snot for lack of a better term but is easily "smushed" around.   It also smells like semen; I know every guy is different but mine has that universal "oh that's the smell of semen" smell.

As for the amount, honestly it's hard to tell because when it comes out; it ends up either in my pubic hair or up around my urethra and T enhanced penis.  I'd say a little less than the average load for a cis-guy.  Though it could be even less.  Also when it dries on a tissue it makes the tissue crunchy like semen does.

Yeah, so basically this stuff is coming out of me and I was wondering what it might be. 

Has anyone here had this happen to them or have even heard about it happening to another trans guy?  I've heard about some trans guys who ejaculate basically a very clear, thin, fluid that looks and feels like lube but never this.  And what's coming out of me is nothing like lube.

Could it be that the T just caused my prostate gland (the one everyone's born with) to grow?  And then this fluid is just seminal fluid from my prostate?

Is it possible that it IS semen and I guess that makes me intersex then?  Could I have testicles?  Or testicular tissue inside me?

What IS going on with me?!?  Any ideas guys?!?

Sounds like you been hitting the g-spot lol. Female have a gland called Skene, produces a substance similar to prostatic fluid.  So my educated guess is that you are just  experiencing "female ejaculation".  I know it sucks to call it like that...

It is indeed likely that the cells of the paraurethral glands (along with every cell in your body) has undergone changes due to the hormonal influences. The changes we undergo are not merely superficial or cosmetic; just as your skin changed, well so do your 'insides'.

This is a 2006 study detailing the observed effects of testosterone on the paraurethral glands of female gerbils. The effect is analogous to the kinds of changes we undergo from hormone therapy.

So, yay your guts are indeed more masculine....but don't celebrate too much because with hormonal changes come possible positive and negative effects. Cells that would otherwise have been healthy can undergo dysplasia (become abnormal), and dysplastic changes can be benign or malignant. It could be a plus for some people, and for others it can end up being a bad thing.

Well the odds of it being a bad thing are rather low, as I've never heard of it happening (I'm sure somewhere). I think it's "normal". I hesitate to use this word because normal is a dryer setting. But many female bodied people do this. I'd guess that testosterone thickens up the secretions and makes them more smell and look more male. It's probably basically the same stuff and E or T changes the consistency. No sperm though.

Sounds like "female ejaculation"  like someone else mentioned or "squirting" - I wouldn't be worried! and if anything I'd say you were a lucky duck to be able to do it without even trying :P I couldn't do it before T, now I can (well partner can, heh), if all the right spots are hit. I personally think it's awesome

Has happened to me a handful of times. I wish I could do it consistently.

I doubt in this case it's a bad thing, but it's further proof of the kinds of changes we undergo as trans-folk. I really just want anyone who hasn't transitioned to understand that the changes are real, and go much deeper than skin deep...in fact they go right through us and change us at the cellular level.

I am a bit modest, but I will confide that I experience some sort of "squirting" now (I hate that term it's so crass). It is completely different than male ejaculation and it feels more like a pressure within and the liquid looks basically just like water (a female appearance). If I wasn't on estradiol then such excretions would probably be milky white rather than clear (a masculine appearance).

The thing is nothing he describes is abnormal. It is normal for FAAB people to do this. A high sex drive which T would make it more likely. It's also normal for the secretions, for lack of a better word, to change in smell, consistency, and color. So why go into all the horrible things that can happen, if someone is having a normal experience? Obviously if something seems wrong he should go see his doctor, but this doesn't sound wrong. He should just enjoy himself. :)

I want to give him an informed answer because I happen to know quite a lot about these things and he deserves to know what's happening to his body. He did ask "why?" along with a slew of other questions, and he seems interested in truly knowing.

To reiterate: Such changes will occur; Some are good, some can potentially be bad, and most are probably nothing to worry about. Your body is undergoing hormonal changes and things change (and will continue to change).

Hi. Is it possible to hit my g-spot/prostate without ANY internal stimulation bonus hole or anal? When I ejaculate it's only from penis stimulation 99% of the time. Once in a blue moon I'll do very light anal play. Like one finger not even in all the way. Sorry if that's TMI.  :-X

Very interesting. Would you say it would be possible for me to grow a prostate that would be big enough to feel internally through the anal cavity? Like could I feel a prostate that's either the same size or smaller but in the same place as a cis-guy's??

Could it still be "female ejaculation" if I'm not having any internal stimulation?  I always thought that in order for a woman to ejaculate she needed to have a "G-spot orgasm" and I though the only way to do that was with either vaginal stimulation or possibly anal.

Right that's what I was thinking in terms of 'hitting all the right spots'.  You mean internally right? Can you do it with only penis stimulation alone? And yeah I guess I am lucky.

No, I'm afraid that's not possible. The paraurethral glands are merely analogous to the prostate, meaning they are basically equivalents, but that does not mean they are located in the same place. The actual anatomy is quite different so sorry dear.

If you are experiencing a waxy white discharge you could possibly have a yeast infection.  Check with your doctor.  I experienced a couple of bouts of this after I had my hysterectomy and I had the same sort of freak out kind of response and the same thought that it was like ejaculate.  Prior to hysterectomy I had experienced "squirting" and it was a totally different texture and smell.  It was clear and of a high volume.  So I didn't think this was the same sort of "ejaculate" that my physical body could produce.  I checked with my doctor and she thought it was a yeast infection.  After a couple of rounds of suppositories it went away.  I don't want to burst your bubble, but in the realm of body discharge I do not think this is ejaculate.  Our ejaculate is of an entirely different color and texture.

Ah OK. Do you know why then the times I or a partner has inserted a finger in my rectrum a few inches in, I feel the same thing a cis-guy does when his prostate is touched? Not to be graphic but what I feel is; at first a sudden urge to pee that lasts for a few seconds then an intense pleasure rush that seems to shoot through my penis. Do you know what could be being stimulated then?

I've heard of a few cis-women being diagnosed with prostate cancer.  Sadly they've either died or had a very hard recoveries because no one checked that for that early on. Have you ever heard of that?

Thanks for your concern man but it's not waxy at all for me.  It really does look, smell, and feel exactly like semen.  It also comes from my ureathra not bonus hole.

I believe the skene's gland is located in a position where it can be simulated vaginally or anally.  The skene's gland is sometimes called the female prostate.

Ah OK. So is that what could be being stimulated then? Would it be possible to feel that in the same prostate area? Could it ever grow as big as a prostate? If I started to feel something prostate size in the that spot, should I worry or chalk it up
to testosterone making it grow?

I think it might be located around that area, but I am not a doctor.  At this point speaking to a doctor seems to be in your best interest.

Haha no.there is also called clit ejaculation or clitural (spelled wrong I'm sure) stimulation.for me and 37,I have never had an internal O and I can not in anyway.(bright side it means I will have no issiies with my own shaft later) but yes,there are external ways for such things as well.all are different

OK. Yeah I will bring it up with my doctor.  As it is right now I haven't felt something as big as a cis-guy's prostate but I sometimes feel something.  I mainly just feel the same feelings a cis-guy does...right now at least.

Its hard for me to answer this question for a few reasons.1) I have been 'stroking' (for lack of a better term) since I was 9.LONG before even knowing I was trans.so its a physical and mental habit for me and 2) my hrt isn't exactly like everyone elses,so my changes will be different then most.currently on what I am,I have never really looked into that king of thing.for me,obtaining an erection alone would be awesome.so since I don't really know (might look into that lol) I can't answer honestly but it sparks my interest.

Edit: I can tell you however that smell is very different.very big change and is most defo that of a man.I will do a test and maybe look into this as far as fluid goes.

Not going to entertain any of the possible theories here and jump straight to urging you to see a doctor asap. You cannot have a prostate unless you are cis male or possibly intersex. Too many oddities for it to be safe to not see a doctor.

If you are getting a white discharge from your urethra, it could be an overabundance of white blood cells in your urine.  I have a naturally high white blood cell count, which some people do.  Others when they have a high white blood cell count will get a milky white discharge and will have UTI symptoms along with it.

Semen does not come from the urethra.  There are two separate routes for semen and urine.  The urine route shuts off when a cis guy ejaculates. 

If you think it is coming from the Urethra then it could be UTI, yeast infection, Chlamydia or it could also be a sign of diabetes.  One of the signs of high blood sugar is yeast infections (and yeast infections do not have to be in the bonus hole).  If you are obese and take T, unexplained yeast infections can be one of the first signs of diabetes.  This was a wake up call to my partner who is on T and now has type two diabetes. 

If you are intersexed, then maybe there is something else going on entirely, but since you are saying it is coming from the urethra not the glans, then I would definitely say consult a doctor.

There are several things which men are prone to which trans guys are more prone to like diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.

However, instead of asking for medical advice here, perhaps you should be consulting your primary care physician who knows your history.  It's can be dangerous to ask for medical advice from people on the internet.  Peer support and help with advocacy is great, but most people on the internet are not qualified to give you medical advice.  Any doctor qualified to treat trans* people will also be able to answer your questions about ejaculate as well.

And from the biologically female viewpoint, I experienced "female ejaculation" prior to transitioning hormonally.  The discharge I experienced did not come from my urethra.  It gushed in a very high volume out of the bonus hole area.  When you have that kind of orgasm, it feels like a really highly intense pressure building up.  (I'm not sure how much detail is cool in this forum so I'm trying to keep it clinical)
