Title: Breast sensitivity?

Hey all, so I'm at 13 months on HRT, and generally things have been going pretty good. I'm 31, and I was pretty feminine to start, and it's only gotten better in the past year. (This is me: http://i.imgur.com/KyZsD2I.jpg (http://i.imgur.com/KyZsD2I.jpg).)
One thing that worries me a little, though. For pretty much the last 10 months or so, my breasts and nipples have been super sensitive, which is expected. I could feel the hard buds behind the nipples, and they were painful on and off. ... But about three weeks ago, all that tenderness and sensitivity just sort of vanished. No pain, no pleasure, nothing. They're just like, dead.
I know things come in waves, but after such sensitivity for so long (even at a low grade), after being aware of those sensations for so long, to have it just quit is a little alarming.
They look decent (I so wish they were rounder ... does that come eventually??), and I have cleavage and all, but ...
I haven't had an estrogen level checked in a few months (something I'm doing after the New Year, when I'm on new insurance). I'm on injections, and they seem to be going well. Oh, and I'm on spiro and progesterone as well.
Does this ring a bell for anyone? Am I worked up over nothing?

I'm interested in this too. All pain speed for me at about the 8 month mark. I'm hoping it just comes and goes. I'm nearly at 9 months now and it still hasn't returned.
