I know of some who gotten them and they turned out okay, but I figured you must have some type of flesh to get from point a to point b. So is it possible to get or can you get nice looking breast implants without the help of HRT

Well... I've seen this before in various ways but my understanding is that a pre-HRT muscle mass will probably have pectorals which are too thick for under-the-muscle implants and so the aesthetic looks quite different than a 'regular' augmentation which tends to result in less 'realistic' looking breasts.

It's what I did basically but now my boobs look like 2 Sho Paws/Bowls inside me. Maybe it works for fleshy girls cos me am skinny.

Is there any pictures or websites I can go to explaining the difference or see what and idea of the outcome would look like I ask this because hrt doesn't seem to be working for me and I'm scare that I won't ever get enough breast to have anything going on. What's a long road of hrt and no results so I'm really trying to way all my options

Give it time. The mammary tissue comes in when it comes but you'll be fine if you're on HRT and want to get augmentation, you'll just need to make sure that you go to a *really* good surgeon.

Thank you for the hope but I was on it for 10 months and after it started messing with my legs and all the results that I had seen breast growth and so much more I woke up one day and all had disappeared I lost hope I talk to my doctors and even after running test they couldn't tell me anything. So much for that. I'm just so scared that I want be complete on the outside

morriganali 10 months is nothing. you don't grow boobs with the snap of a finger. Ive been on hormones for over 10 years and only grew to a small b. Then i got implants. Don't worry so much they will grow. nipples get sensitive and a ball starts to grow behinde it. Don't frett

I'm aware of that lol I've been doing my research a bit and I know all to well that hrt aren't any magic pills, but what I didn't know is that once it does start to work and I see breast growth and other changes that in the blink of an eye you can wake up and all is gone. Now I didn't know that so that's pretty much where all this concern is from and when I ask my doctors why all of a sudden I had breast and now I don't and by the way its been an additional 5 months that they still haven't come back at all buds humps sensitivity anything so I was just worried I don't need big huge breast an a cup would be fine for me

My friend on 2 years with Estradiol Valerate grew literally NOTHING while my other friend just in 6 months with Ethinylestradiol grew something decent.

Youth doesnt last eternally, if 8 months nothing at all, tell ur endo either shift to a more potent hormone or drop it all and do the surgery already. I did wrong procracrastinating on many surgeries, my youth & beauty has faded.
