I don't follow any religion but i strongly believe (or really want to believe) in reincarnation so i wasn't sure where to post this.

I just wanted somewhere i can express my feelings since this is something I've been thinking all day about. After this life cycle, i don't want to go to Heaven or to Hell.

But what's bothering me still is this belief/claim/prophecy/theory/(whatever you want to call it) that God creates a new soul for every new Earth being. I'm not claiming that to be true or false. I hope it's false. There is the Bible verse saying something about men only dying once and being judged. Then there was Girlinside123 who was so bent on convincing me there is no reincarnation due to the aforementioned Bible verse.

Is there anything... ANYTHING to support that reincarnation actually does exist? The only thing i got on my side is the "Ask/Pray and ye shall receive" verse because i used to pray and beg God for another earth life, to reincarnate as female and to look a certain wayand to do be and have all the certain things pertaining to girlhood that i had to miss out on in this life, including pregnancy and mensuration. I really want those things.

And to even think of the possibility of never getting to reincarnate hurts me to my heart and soul. Please help me

Reincarnation is part of many traditions, and I am far from being an expert on any of them. :)

However, in Sikhi, which is what I follow to the best of my ability, we believe in reincarnation (http://www.sikhiwiki.org/index.php/Reincarnation). However, there's no Heaven or Hell (if you're successful at connecting with Waheguru during your lifetime, upon death you'll be merged with Waheguru; if you're unsuccessful you'll be reincarnated), and you cannot choose what you'll be reincarnated as. Also in Sikhi, there's no male or female genders, everyone is genderless, it's just whatever sex you're born into and the social upbringing that makes gender in our lives. Also, in Sikhi, it's not our goal to be reincarnated, we want to escape it.

While there's no absolute proof that reincarnation exists, there's multiple ways that it can makes sense to people. Example being that souls are theorized to be actual energy, and energy doesn't just disappear, it goes somewhere. If you type in "Proof of Reincarnation" into Google, you'll get loads of pages with different scientific theories that help support reincarnation, including stuff by Dr. Ian Stevenson. Honestly though, I've never read much about the scientific proof because I just feel and know in myself that reincarnation is real, and never felt much of the need to get scientific evidence.

Who knows though, maybe you'll be able to choose to live in a female body. :)

Been there, done that.  Here's the thing- maybe you do, maybe you don't.  There's really no way to know for sure. 

Assume you do get reincarnated.  It could go either way, M or F, but odds are you'd be cisgendered anyway and wouldn't have these issues.  Is that OK?   What if you were born into abject poverty, like much of the world has?  What if you were reincarnated female and cisgendered, but had to live under Sharia law and/or had to undergo genital mutilation?  Many cultures in the world are quite misogynistic... 

Now on the other hand, assume you only get this one life, one chance to live and you must make the best of it any way you can.  You could live to be 100 or get hit by a bus tomorrow.  What do you need to do to squeeze as much happy out of your life as humanly possible?

Be born a cis male? NO! No way in bloody hell will i EVER accept that! I would rather go to Hell for all eternity that to GO an eternity without the full female experience and living the girlhood that i hold so dear to my heart! Cuz that's what it wpuld be like if God were that cruel to me -- Hell!

Jill, let me tell you something. I would honest to God rather be a cis female and be born into the lowest of poverty, than to be a cis male and have the highest of luxury! And I'm honestly not trolling either. As bitter as i sound, that's the honest-to-God truth.

Hmmmm... Let me think long and hard about that... Transition to female and be promised that i will reincarnate as a cis female and look like, do, be, and have everything I've ever wanted in that life, provided i don't kill myself in this lifetime.

Or die tomorrow since and if i only get this one life as you put it!

I believe Jill was saying she went through a similar process of wanting to reincarnate as bio-female, and/or wondered about whether reincarnation is real or not. Since there's no definitive proof on if reincarnation is real, we either do or we don't. She didn't mean to upset you I am sure. :)

I've thought like this about who I am as a human and I've run into a lot of insight from just really sitting and thinking about it. If I could be reicarnated WITH the skills I learned in this life and be CONSCIOUSLY aware of it, I would like to be born cis-male as it's called. There is no way I'd want to be born again in this life without what I know and have to start all over from 0 to 0. That's probably why I'm alive in this body as we speak. I wish for something, that wish came true, but elements were left out. Something happened that's for sure.

What does that mean? It means knowing what I know now I'd do the very best I can to make sure I do things right this time around so I don't have to come back into existence in any form. Doing things I should have done in the last life like being polite, helping even when most would not, working hard even if it's not the "employment type" and aligning with the true self as best as I can, maybe even changing if it really helps to calm things. I want to share, teach, and do whatever I can to leave this world a bit better than when I came in. If that means doing all that and being true to who I am then I think it can be done in time.

Well, I was going to make a stupid little (very little) joke to the effect that we all do.  However, upon reading your post and very much comprehending your seriousness, I know that this would be quite inappropriate; and with your post/question, etc. being somewhat philosophical while also crossing or conflicting with the boundaries of several religions, this is as good a place as any for it. 

As for validity of  reincarnation, I myself consider it to be (I do realize I'm going out on a limb here)--as much as anything of it's nature can be--pretty much a fact.  Is there absolute scientific proof?  Of course not.  How could this even be done?  Nonetheless, there is a good degree of substantial evidence for reincarnation. 

I have read and heard of numerous cases of very young children who have appeared to possess memories of a past life.  (These memories would naturally AND logically be strongest in the youngest of children.)  The past life recollections in of which we speak have been traced (this has been documented) to and verified as real deceased people, with the child in question knowing some of the most minute details.   Such children have also commonly used phrases like "when I died".  Even the most stubborn of left-brain pragmatic types and Jeduchristian believers have had little or nothing to say when objectively viewing this evidence.  Reincarnation has even been given as a likely reason for many, if not all, child prodigies.

You might also want to watch A&E's: The Ghost Inside My Child.  You can catch the next airing episode or go to the A&E website and watch them online.

In my opinion--reincarnation IS for real; and if it is still your wish after you've completed this life to reincarnate as a human female, I truly believe you shall have that option.



Please read this too:  You chose to incarnate into this life for a reason, and probably a good one, or you would not be here.  Would you?  I would advise deeply thinking about this.  It is reasonable to assume that how well you complete THIS life's mission may have a lot of impact on your choices for the next one.

In the meantime, with the sisterhood here, you will see that there are many others more or less in same boat as you.  (You might even seek them out.)  This should--eventually at least--make you feel better about your situation.
