Title: Are You Annoyed Or Frustrated With Other Members-Do You Still Hold A Grudge ?

If this is the case, then by all means please use this thread to make amends, by forgiving them (you don't have to name them if you don't want to)...
By doing so you will remove the mental burden you subconsciously carry around with you...
Where large numbers of personalities congregate there's bound to be differences of opinion...At times things can get quite heated which could leave both parties angry and frustrated (grudge material)
Remember for the most part the person carrying the grudge around is more affected mentally than the person for whom the grudge is against...
Forgiveness does not mean to forget, it just means letting go and moving on...
So are you [wo]man enough to forgive those that have trespassed against you ?
(Ok I know it sounds a bit biblicalish -but from a psychological point of view it works wonders for ones mental and physical well being when one can forgive-So to all atheists members, this thread is also for you too)
