Title: GOD, I LOVE BEING A GIRL

Have you girls looked in the mirror lately and felt so glad to be alive? To realize what you dreamed your entire life is better than you imagined it would or could be? I've been feeling like that a lot lately, but even on bad days I can't say I've regretted transitioning for a moment in twenty eight months since finally living as the woman I've always been in my heart. I'd really love to hear how you feel. Hugs, Mira

Gosh, this is still relatively new for me, but just so profoundly right. Well over a year ago I started to deal with my trans issues this to avoid the lack of a future I was heading towards. Now, all this time on, I am alive, and I'm living the way I always should have. And I'm happy :).
Yes. I love being the woman I am. :D

Yup. Even on the bad days, no regrets.
The newness of transition has begun wearing off, so things are no longer gleeful 24-7, and that is healthy. That said, I have not suffered a bout of gender dysphoria since transition began, I have just had a handful of grumpy days.
So much better than being on T.

Rarely. No more often than, say, once or twice a minute
Sarcasm aside, yes, I live perpetually in that state. So much so, that I sometimes feel sorry for cis people because they do not feel this.

Yes, I feel much more happy, calmer and at peace with myself. The only thing which really sucks is feeling very lonely in a large appartment during those dark winter eves.

I hate the issolation UP here in Michigan. But Miranda, I'll definitely join you in saying "GOD, I LOVE BEING A GIRL". And totally LOVE the new stronger woman who's grown from my scared beginnings.

I have actually bought mirrors for the house now!!! Since going Full Time I feel alive, free and awesome. I have become little miss out and about around REAL people and quite the social butterfly. I can't say enough good about it. My therapist said I went from somber, hyper alert and depressed straight to "sassy", "feminine" and "fun to be around". I have so much more energy now that I don't have to worry about acting "manly". A lot of people here worry about passing a lot, well, I do about passing as a male now! No way I could do it ever again. No one will ever cage this girl again!!! ;D Life is gooooood!!

Out standing Jessica. God I can't wait to be full time. When I am in girl mode I do feel very similar. Happy and hyper and just love life in general. Keep up the good work girlfriend and keep us posted.

Me too. I didn't even realize how miserable I really was before. What a difference a year on E made for me.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. You will pry my E from my cold, dead hand!

I love being a girl too..
I fit in, I don't feel awkward anymore... I love dressing in pretty summer dresses when its warm and i love wearing pantyhose in the winter with high heel boots. Woman's fashion is so much more interesting.
I love making myself feel pretty and look pretty.. One of the best feeling is being treated like one of the girls....
My favorite feeling is when my roommate remarks.. Wow Noleen you are such a girl.. and I reply.. because I am..

Thanks so much, Jessica! I love it when I go places with my wife that we've always gone to and someone asks her where her husband is.
I'm hoping that next year's picture will be even more dramatic, and the one two years away will fold out.

Tho' I've been a woman all my life, it was just shy of two years ago I went full time. A million ton weight has been lifted from me, as I'm free to be the woman who was lurking in there so long.
Yes, every day I say GOD, I LOVE BEING A GIRL.
