I know we are not supposed to talk about specific dosages here, but my doctor decided to start me out with gel rather than oral estrogen. Apparently it is a lot easier on the liver, and I have a history of some liver disease in my family. I am curious as to how my daily dosage translates to estrace pills. I am having a lot of trouble finding an easy to understand conversion table between estrogel and and estrace.

That is best to discuss with your Dr. Your doctor should be able to give you a full comparison based on the dosage they have prescribed for you

Based on several studies, it appears that it takes about 1.5x more Estrogel to get the equivalent of Estrace.
