HRT shouldn't affect this.

The nape piercing is a surface piercing and will likely eventually migrate and/or reject anyway.

Both boys and girls can have piercings, right?  I still have the same nostril piercing from 1991.

I had piercings when I started hrt  and both my doc and endo were fine with them.  Of course when I had surgery they had to come out but then I chose not to put them back.  No major reason - just felt like I was entering another phase of my journey.

I'm guessing a Prince Albert won't survive the GCS though...

haha im ok then i wouldn't get that done i chose a tattoo instead because my mate dared me to get the prince Albert but the piercer said he didn't really want to do that to anyone today :L so that was a bonus XD but still had to sit there for an hour and get a tattoo  :D

Pretty basic but tastefully feminine - both nipples and a navel ring; on special occasions they were linked with a chain to my collar

Very intense when first pierced and raised my nipple arousal threefold  Turned me into a bit of a nipple slut  I really couldn't get enough and minimal stimulation sent me berserk and the result was not particularly lady like
