Title: Opinion for a good strap
Post by: mowdan6 on February 27, 2014, 12:22:25 PM
So, I have packed for years.  The strap I have always used really doesn't work that well.  Allows things to move around too much.  Looking to buy a strap that keeps my junk in place.  Was thinking about the ones the Tool shed sells.  What have you found as a good strap for yourself?  Appreciate the opinions.

I'm playing around with adhesive still with my new prosthetic but have looked into harnesses just in case and just ordered the AllInOne from TranzWear. I like their variety and they have a nice chart on their site showing which harneses work for which functions and theirs are low profile and affordable (http://www.tranzwear.net/store.php?seller=TranZwear&navt1=86443&navt2=86452). Also one nice thing about TranzWear is they will customize their stuff so if you are looking for a harness for play and need a specific size ring to best secure it, just let them know and they'll do it for you. It depends a lot what harness you get as what you will be doing with it, pack/play/STP or a combination of any of them.

Yeah, jockstraps are great. No messing about, holds it nicely in place, etc. I would never screw around with a harness after trying the strap.
