hi everyone,
i am on trh, ev every 2 weeks, for about 3 months and i have loosed like 20 pounds since i starte it and the changes in my body are going very well, but the first month of trh i was experiencing some weird feeling while peeing, but lately that feeling was changing for pain, also yesterday i noticed some blood or brownish discharge, at first i was thinking that it was some prostate shrinking or something but now i am worried about that, if someone have experienced something similar or can help me please advise.
my trh:
EV weekly
spiro daily
progesterone daily at night
i'm 5' 9" tall, weight 170 pounds and 21yo.
edit- sorry hon, no dosages

This could be one of many things to consider. The first that comes to mind is dehydration due to the Spiro. Dehydration on Spiro can cause Feeling faint or dizzy when standing, dark urine, pain upon urination and other lesser symptoms. Hydrating does not mean to drink tea, coffee or other beverages with caffeine (which is a diuretic). Water should be your primary source of hydration right now. Other issue's with these symptoms I will not get into and possibly frighten you without verification by your doctor. You need to schedule an appointment with your primary care giver or Endocrinologist as soon as possible to address this. What you describe could be the beginning stages of Metabolic issue's and should be considered fairly serious enough to get checked out with an exam and lab workups. Good luck!

Urinary tract infection maybe? Please see your doctor ASAP for a proper diagnosis.

I'll even go farther with a suggestion. If you got blood coming out of you I'd get to an emergency room.
