Hi all. I'm in the very early stages of transitioning(mtf) and I've been reading threads on post-op orgasm. So out of great curiosity, how does your post-op female orgasm feel like compared to your pre-op male orgasm?

There have been *lots* of discussion of that here. I'm *much* more orgasmic post-op and my orgasm has many many more dimensions than it did prior. Because I get simultaneous orgasms, the rate of them varies and also their intensity. I also recycle much much faster.

My male O occurred only in the genital area, particularly during erection & ejaculation. At about the 9th month of HRT, no more erection, but the penis glans became about twice as sensitive as before, and breasts and other body parts contributed to the O. It has taken me 11 - 13 months post to get certain sensations showing up in the right places, but still much more of my body is involved in the process, and the brain is playing an even larger role in the show.
