Can u feel sensation with it doing sex? i want that bottom surgery option and i wanna feel sex.
and also , will ftms ever be able to ejaculate , LIKE EVERY? and get naturally hard

If you have a lot of questions about Phalloplasty and the realistic expectations of the different surgeries, I would suggest doing some more research. There are many questions and answers posted around (on this site and others ) that may answer some of your initial questions, as I am sure they have been answered before. (That's not meant to sound rude...just letting you know there is quite a lot of info out there).
It is impossible for guys to get "naturally" hard, without the help of an internal (or external) device, as the erectile tissue of a penis cant be replicated through surgery.
It is highly unlikely guys will ejaculate, unless you have experienced that pre surgery (which some guys do), it wont happen after surgery.
You can "feel" sex, but the sensations can vary, and depending on what you've had done etc. Some nerve work can be done that hooks up nerves to the "little guy" and is re-reouted through the penis, that improves sensation, but it can take up to over a year for the nerves to fully grow back.
My sensation was improving really well after stage 2 of surgery when the nerve work was done. It hasn't been long after stage 3, so sensation has been halted briefly, but it is starting to come back again. (The sensation doesn't disappear, it just feels weird for a little while, rather than nice).
