So I have, well a boob job coming up on april 30th.  And if you said I was was scared, you might also say the suns hot.  So how did yours go.  What are the do's  and do not's?  what should have have for food and meds.  And well can you talk me into not being so scared?  I'm gonna do it but fuuuuuuuuuuudge.   I'm nervous!

I did my in December 05. So most of the healing was under heavy cloths.

For me pain only lasted a few weeks. Healing took longer with out complications.

BA is a very common surgery now days.

Do nots, reaching high places. Pull or carry heavy objects.

Do, what your post op care sheet says. Do your massages.

Watch out, they stick out and seems it takes a little time for our bodies to adjust.  :D

WOW, do I know what you're talking about!!! I had mine two years ago, and was literally scared to death, I had never had any surgery before and called the doctors coordinator so many times we actually became friends. The recovery nurse and the anesthesiologist even called me the night before surgery to tell me it was going to be ok, LOL, they must have wondered if I was going to head back home, they even gave me some Valium to kept me calm. God what a mess I was. Anyway everyone kept reassuring me that this was routine and it really was. I also had rhinoplasty and a deviated septum corrected at the same time.  Nothing anyone tells you will probably take away all your fears, but it really is pretty routine now. I admit I kinda had a hard time in that I was by myself and stayed in a hotel in Dallas for a week, then had to load my bags and drive 5 1/2 hrs home in a car with a manual transmission. I think it took longer than I had expected to get back where I could really do everything without any discomfort. One thing I will tell you, I lived in sweat pants and zippered hoodies for awhile, the zippered hoodies are easy to get on and off. I was lucky and had about 2 1/2 weeks off work (Christmas ). I think back now and it doesn't seem that bad, and I am soooo glad I had it done.

I'm actually going to Montreal in 7 weeks for my GRS / SRS and I' totally freaking out about that too. But I have faith that I'll be ok and SO SO WILL YOU. You'll be so glad you did it after you're completely healed. Good luck!!

April 30th is my birthday. That must be a good omen. You will do fine & love your nice normal size breasts. Have fun girl friend.

First of all, congrats. As my  as t friend said....its easier to have real ones under the skin than chicken fillets over!

I only have 2 pieces of advice.

1. Relax
2. Massage

The massage is after surgery and is needed for them to "fall". It also helps to avoid capsulation.

Tomorrow I leave on a job, then there is no turning back.  when I get back to land I'll have 1 day to prep, then it will be show time. 

Also I met a new girl.  and Shes amazing.  shes like me, not transe but in the head.  we are both introverts with trouble making eye contact.  can we are both adventurers.  God I hope this one sticks around.

I just wonder how much your natural breasts have grown since HRT?

I'm hopeful for natural size breasts without surgery. Mine are really growing fast it seems after 6 months of hrt.

About an a cup and I'm close to 200lbs. My family is flat chested :P  but I'm getting um.... 720cc I think.  ya big, but well thats what was recommended >.>  And they did 3d imaging, and it looked right on me.  not like over big.  natural.  I'm getting some kind of shaped silicon jobs.

Good for you. Seems the best solution. Have fun in the meanwhile GF. I know your stress some. I'm trying to just get a simple face & neck lift scheduled & that makes me nervous. I bet you will feel great once all is done & you have two very nice girls to match your body size. You will be so proud I bet.

Wow! 720 cc's is BIG. Will that make you an E or F cup? I am large framed and have 550's. I'm a 42D. I struggle to find tops that will fit my bust. Be careful the the size.

Flat chested Im 42"   Im um bigger then you would think and very flat even after HTR  So I expect to be 44D-46D.   But well when I held some examples implants.  I'm a little intimidated by them  But I've see what the after will be and I've seen other girls comparable who got the same. 

All the same I'm scared they are to big and jsut scared of being cut xD

God maybe I should call them and drop it to 620 o.O  I should have taken pictures of the screen showing what I'll look like.  I know I have a very large frame.  I wear large -xl shirts  and I weigh 195lbs  They looked right on the screen.  and they are shapped so the say it will set lower and have a much more natural look then a normal 720.  And they said that it's bigger then a none shaped would be because is creates a much mre natural shape, above the breast.

You are going to look great. I bet you are all giggly with excitement. You go girl friend. I would love to see pics in your bikini afterwards. I wish my girls would grow faster. It will be a good day for both of us, you, nice breasts & for me, my birthday.

Dont be afraid of the surgery! It'll be fine.

Everyone's body is different. Let the Dr. Help you. Let him know youre wanting to look full but natural.
