I think this was prior to him being a GLobal Moderator and this is just a guess, but I'm thinking that it said something like "Token Guy" instead of Global Moderator at the time this post was made (5 days after he registered) because he was the only guy at that time.

Yep, Melissa's right, it was a title or two ago and it was "Token Guy".
