Ok, so after the SRS i am not supposed to have vaginal sex for at least 2 months, but what about anal sex? Can i have it earlier? Or could it be dangerous? I intend to do it slowly and carefully.

You should ask the surgeon for the official answer. Personally, I wouldn't have risked it; Brassard was very insistent on keeping everything *scrupulously* clean for that two-month period, and even a bowel movement required sanitizing everything (from me to the toilet itself) to a ridiculous degree. The major concern isn't damaging the tissues, it's infection.

With that said, there *is* also the risk of anal-vaginal fistula. While I think that is most often caused by stress or pressure on the vaginal tissues, I wouldn't want to take the chance that putting strain on the area from the other direction would cause fistula either. It's a really nasty, often difficult to treat complication, and people have ended up both entirely losing the vagina and having to use a colostomy bag for life.

I don't experience any pain, not even during dilating. Only in the area where i have stitches. I'm only 3 weeks post-op.

My instructions had been NOT ANY sexual intercourse for AT LEAST 6 weeks, and even I agreed that it was pushing it even then.  I had had one yeast infection that was still making all nerves in the remodeled area and immediately adjacent property kind of prickly, and little chance for enjoyment.  I was like Yasmine, in not wanting anyone to touch me in the bottom zone, it was too sore,  There are risks of infection and you will be healing longer than you believe. 

I am going to Brassard in June and believe it's a three month "no sex" period.  I hope I am ready after 3 months, because I Know will be, but I don't plan any sex at all during the three months, except giving him oral or manual..

I have to agree with Vicky and Jenna,

There was no way i wanted anyone to touch me down there for atleast 4 months. There was no way i would give up a few min of pleasure for a infection or major complication.

But each there own i guess.
