I used to have high blood pressure that I had to take two medicines to keep down. I was overweight, and finally decided to reduce my food consumption after a lot of delaying. It was not long before I decided to transition. MY blood pressure dropped still further after I started taking hormones, but I was also on Spiro. Now, after SRS, naturally I no longer take Spiro, and unfortunately my weight has crept up a bit, but I still don't have high blood pressure. I have a cuff monitor and check it regularly. Which makes me think that the testosterone must have had something to do with my high blood pressure. Has anyone noticed this happening to them?

Yes. I was on high blood pressure meds as well before. Now I am med free except for HRT. I feel great. :)

High blood pressure and heart problems run in my family, I can't tell you how many times my family has been in the hospital for heart attacks.
I take one medication for blood pressure and another for my tachycardia my pulse was averaging 119, it is not down to around 90 as an average.
