Title: Talking about Drug Abuse will get you in trouble on this site.

We had several chat users who thought it was ok to talk about their love of the drug Tramadol and their "Tramadol habit" because they claimed they had a prescription. However others participating in their chat about of their love of this narcotic substance did not provide their prescription status. The Chat administrator asked them to change the subject because in her opinion and mine, they were talking about prescription or illegal drug abuse and the topic violates Tos 5.
Painkiller abuse is illegal in many locations, talking about drugs in that manner may also encourage others to seek them out without a prescription making it an illegal act. Painkiller abuse is responsible for a rash of laws in the United States designed to limit its use in substance abuse, but which only serve to make it harder and harder for people with legitimate pain problems to receive treatment for their condition.
They continued discussing the topic arguing about their right to do in the chat, and calling the staff members action a "Injustice", the chat a "Kindergarten", and "Communist" which is a violation of Tos 2.
This got one of the individuals involved banned for 7 days.
They evaded the ban and came back and before they could be banned called the staff of the site, "Unpassaing bitter ->-bleeped-<-s." violating Tos 10.
and Tos 11.
and another violation of Tos 2. For this their ban was extended to 30 days.
When they come back they will be on a 0 tolerance status and permbanned on their next offense against the terms of service. I do not tolerate the abuse of my staff members ever!
Even if they had a valid prescription for themselves, Tos 3 and 7 gives us the right to say stop talking about a subject for any reason, no matter what it is.
In this case Tos 8 would not apply to this topic as it is limited to hrt drugs.
