I bought a binder from http://www.t-kingdom.com/ and I didn't do research on it. I assumed that it was a good site because I've seen people receive their binders and do reviews on it like on tumblr and youtube. It says they ship their items in 2-5 days and its been 4 days now and I didn't receive an email saying that it shipped. I wanted to contact them so I looked at their contact info and there is no number only a fax and an email. When I went to send them an email I got what I sent back to me cause it said that email didn't exist. Now I'm afraid this is just a scam. I have no one to contact about this because their site doesn't have any accurate info. Right when I ordered the item I got a conformation email that they took out the money and I got a receipt number.
So for the guys that ordered a binder from here did you have any problems like this?
How long did it take for them to email you that the item has been shipped?
Please help because I spent 64 dollars on this and I hope my money hasn't gone to waste.

I bought several binders from them and I received them all, but it was some time ago, and I don't remember how long they took to ship, sorry.

I never had a problem with t-kingdom. I ordered from the several times (the last time was about 6 months ago). I got my orders in about two weeks, but once I remember I did not get a shipping email from them until like, two days before the package arrived right at my front door. Have you tried using the information request form from the website? The last time I had to send them question I used that and they got back to me within 24 hours. Take into account that thy are in Asia so it can take a while. I never tried sending them an email from my account so I don't know about that.

Yeah I haven't used the feedback form yet. But I will check it out. I'm just all paranoid because when I order items online it always gives me an email saying that it shipped. But maybe this one is different. Thanks!
EDIT: I just got a shipping confirmation today! So thanks everyone for your help. I was just worried.

I definitely had this problem. Email them asking why you haven't received a confirmation email, and try to keep tabs on them, I think I emailed them twice. Once I actually got the binder I was very happy, it's currently my favorite binder that I wear every day.

I ordered from them 4 times over the years. I am not sure that I even got confirmation emails every time.
It has been more than several years since I ordered from them, but I never had any problems. I used the feedback form in the past and had quick responses. I received return responses from email, as well.
I do know of one guy who had problems with them when he ordered his second binder (I don't remember what the problem was, this was about 3 years ago), and I don't know how it got resolved.
I really think things will be ok. They certainly wouldn't be in business for this many years if they were inconsistent. Moreover, they are certainly not a scam.
