Hi :) I was just wondering how many guys on here would date a mtf and why or why not, alotof the guys on here are very cute so I would have no problem dating a trans guy.

I definitely would, regardless of what stage of their transition they're in. It's funny, before I started thinking about my own transition, I felt like there were no trans* folks around Dallas, and now I see beautiful trans-ladies all the time!

I definitely have. I'm not sure who I am attracted to at this point, but I like quite a lot of the mtfs I know as people.

It would depend on their personality, not what gender they are. Of course, I am currently a cismale and he's the most wonderful thing ever.

Though I do suppose I prefer males over females, just a bit. (That's just me.)

i wouldn't mind if she's trans or cis, but i have my own internal issues of being jealous of MAAB bodies. so i don't think i would be able to date a transwoman unless her looks have been conquered enough by feminity. hope i didn't sound rude there, i really wasn't meaning to. also at least one of us will have to be post-op if we're going that far. other than that i wouldn't show any difference towards trans and cis girls.

I prefer men, but I would definitely date a MTF. Or a non-binary person.

Depends what she was like as a person, obviously...but yeah, I don't have a preference for cis women or trans women.

I'm asexual, so people's bodies mean very little to me, so I would definitely date an MtF if she was nice and we were compatible.

I wouldn't mind dating a trans-woman, but because of my own dysphoria, she would have to have mostly feminine apperance and be post-op, or pre-op with plans on being post-op in the future.

I'm a pansexual so gender holds no preference with me. Think if the person is sweet and has a good personality I could.

Definitely. The only issue I'd have is sex. I don't actually know, through inexperience in this matter, if I could have sex with a pre-op transwomen. But that's not because I'd class them as less of a woman, that's purely my jealousy. It's just one of those situations where I'm unsure if I'd just be wishing I had what they may not want and that really helps neither of us. I wouldn't be offended if they had the same doubts for the same reasons. It can't be helped. But in terms of dating, why not? I date women and trans-women are women...duh! Lol

I'm with Arch in that I'm gay. But if I was straight, yes if course. Trans women are women. I mentioned in another topic about a transwoman I saw the other day and let me tell you, she was BEAUTIFUL. If I was straight I would have totally asked if we could go out to lunch. I don't know if she would have liked a shorter boyfriend though! :D

Yes. Though I'm generally attracted to men I have been attracted to the occasional woman. One of them was an MTF friend. So yes.
