My wife and I will probably end up in Australia sometime after I get over my paralyzing fear of flying.   I was in a plane that almost crashed once.

It's too bad that our friend is no longer the American ambassador.

I think Jessica would need to shrink up a bit more before she'd fit, otherwise we're talking dismemberment.  (I know one part she wouldn't mind gone, though...  ;D)

Jack needed some pretty intense therapy after the whole "went up the hill" incident.

Can you list all the famous musicians that you have met over the years?  If so, could you share any interesting stories you may have? Wow, I could be here all day with that one!  I have years and years of fun stories.  The list is pretty long and I'd probably forget a few.

We'll say I've had some connection with almost every famous act in rock at one point or another.  OK, maybe not the Beatles or Led Zeppelin (but I did tech work for Plant and Page's bass player once and got backstage). 

I'm here for a bit taking a break.  What is it that you want to know today?

I love Thai food!  There are so many great Thai restaurants nearby and I also like to make my own.

Pad Thai
Larb
Satay
Red curry
Green curry
OK, pretty much any curry
Pad prik king
Pad see ewe
Mee krob
Tom yum kai

You are correct, no room for horses in my mobile home, therfore, plushie one works.. My daughter boards her horses. I'm too poor to even do that.

Wow, a serious question...

I'm sorry I don't know more about your situation, therapist, letter or sample, but here's the thing- therapists are sometimes hesitant to do such things because if they end up screwing up by recommending HRT to someone who turns out to not actually be transgender, it can end up costing them their career.  (crap, long sentence)   Your therapist may need more time to process this to know you are for sure.  If you sense they are holding the letter back like a carrot on a stick and keep wanting to take your money, run.  Some therapists (a small minority) view transgender people as potential cash cows and will milk you for all you're worth.  This happened to a good friend of mine, and she is still bitter.   If your therapist has a go-to endocrinologist, it is a good sign.

Years and years of practice in being a complete knucklehead and doing absolutely everything wrong showed me exactly what not to do.  Once I eliminated all of that, the only thing that remained was awesomeness.  It's a freaking miracle I'm not rotting in prison right now.

another question, i saw my endo for the first time yesterday, i told her what i was feeling and she got speakless for a few seconds. she than asked how my stability was and i said it was shot becuz of the mixed chemistry. she than said go see your doctor than have her call me. what did she mean by that?

Is your endo not a doctor herself?  *facepalm*  Did she mean an internist or a psychiatrist?  I needed a letter from a psychiatrist as well, but most endos started out as internists and just wanted to specialize.  I don't get it either.   I'd personally ask her how many transgender patients she's ever treated, because the wrong hormone balance (for you, personally) really does mess with your head and that's a no-brainer for an endo.

no idea, i was looking for a psych for an eval but i said imma just go to my pcp and have her use my current records. doesnt sound like my endo needs a letter from me though becuz she said nothing about bringing one though she gave that look as if she was surprised i didnt have one yet o.o honestly she confused me even more though she is more than willing to help me
