Somewhere, a long time ago, I saw that someone mention that their lips became less plump than before hormones and that was due from the surrounding area (fat around your mouth) toned down to appear more masculine. Have any of you experienced change in your lips after taking testosterone?

Definitely...I will post pics later. My lips are still pretty big for a dude but it's a change I noticed., More than anything else they became less red, but the size seems to have changed too.

I'm hoping T helps my lips become a little less pronounced and less red too.

Hmmm that's an interesting question.  I don't really know if mine changed now that I think about it - I'm not always so good at recognising those kinds of things.  I think mine may be less red, but not really sure if they're shaped differently.  Here are a couple of before/afters - your guess is as good as mine:

Wow, Kreuzfidel, you look incredible! Your lips definitely changed in colour. It's much more masculine than before. It's very subtle, but the shape of your lips (mostly your bottom lip) seemed to flatten down slightly. You really have to compare it, but the area around your mouth definitely thinned out and it's just enough to make your lips look a tad bit more male than before. It's hard to explain. The confidence that rolls off of you in your after pictures gives me hope. :laugh:

Lol ok, asked a friend to take some snapshots for me...the lighting is obviously slightly different, but my lips are still way less red than they used to be (more of a light pink at this point). And obv you can still see the shape change. I think it's pretty massive changes...looking at my old lips makes me feel kind of sick honestly lol.

Regarding my lips, I think you're right - I honestly just never really looked at them before/after or thought about it - but there's something different.  Hmmm, well maybe there's something to T changing the lips after all, especially after I just saw birkin's photos, too.  As for confidence, yes - there is hope.  You wouldn't believe what a wallflower and introvert I was before.

Wow, big change!  Looked like you were wearing lipstick in the first one.  The first picture does have the lips slightly parted though, so I think you should take a second one like that.  Your lips would look a bit thinner with them pursed together.  Really cool to see the obvious change, though.  I never knew lips were effected.

I'm really hoping I get similar results like you and Kreuzfidel with my lips.
