Who did the previous operations?
someone in western europe. an amateur surgeon in trachea shave...cannot discredit him cos he did my nose perfect and boobs quite good except for the scars. his speciality is nose and boobs but a complete disaster in trachea shave.

Careful not to go too far- perhaps they couldn't take as much away because it was close to damaging your voice box?
Do you have a pic? Mine is still semi-prominent when my neck is at certain angles because I have a ginormous voice box. There's just no way around it for some of us.
Honestly I don't care at all though. At least it is round and not pointy anymore. That is all that matters (the angle of the thyroid cartilage)

I don't have an adam's apple but I feel for girls who have to battle them. :'(

Me neither, though my male speaking voice is ridiculously low and I can sing along with Leonard Cohen, Johnny Cash and Barry White! :) It's weird how there doesn't seem to be any correlation between the size of Adams apple and masculinity of voice. makes me wonder: what the heck is it doing all day, then?
