Well finally after months of BS I found a doctor who prescribed me estrogen and spironolactone. Thank God I don't have to buy this stuff over the internet anymore. He didn't require a consent letter of any kind either which is the way it should be. He told me it was pretty obvious just by looking at me. I asked why it is so difficult finding a doctor who will deal with this kind of thing and he told me because insurance doesn't cover it there is no money in it. He said if insurance covered it then every doctor with a medical practice would get involved because then it would be pretty lucrative. That explained a lot.
