I had to wait a year to see a therapist, but have my apointment sometime in august. One of the things that helps me wait is, I re-read the letter.
I ts not much but each time i read it it says i have less time to wait.

Drugs are not the answer. Try breathing. Breathe in for a count of three, hold for three, release for three. Repeat. While you are doing this imagine your body changing, start at your head and work to your toes. Add the accoutrements. It won't take very long and you will release the stress.
Three days is nothing, you've been waiting a lifetime. HRT takes a long time to work its magic. The real changes are where you internal self lives. We are trying to become who we authentically are. This is an inside task. It takes a long time to build a person who is true to themselves. This weekend will be a start.
Good Luck.
