I wish I could have been of more help to you. I hope you can find a way to either deal with things or let them go. Crap can eat at you until you feel like you'll never heal, but I think its possible with time and effort.

I'm glad you're OK, FA, thanks for updating us. :) I can't claim to know everything that you're dealing with exactly, but I think you're on your way to healing. You're starting to open up, and ask for help, and that's always the first step.
