First I want to say I am a straight married male. I am very much into working out and using gear (not sure what you refer to testosterone here). I always stay on test prop all year. Do blasting cycles as we refer to them by stacking deca, eq, anadrol, mast p, etc.... Also use aromason ed for anti estrogen. My question is why don't ftm use full blown cycles like test, mast, tren and anti estrogens? It would make sense to me that if your goal is to get to male as quickly ad possible you would use test and tren. Tren is an advanced compound but it has an anabolic rating of 500/100 compared to test 100/100. I have seen guys drop 5% Bf and go up 20lbs in muscle within a few months. I don't want to offend anyone here and that was definitely no offense meant by this post. Just curious why ftm don't stack compounds like bodybuilders do? Jump up test levels while dropping estrogen levels it seems we are after the same goal in that aspect. Was always curious about this. Thank you for your time any responses are much appreciated =)))
No dosages please

Because it doesn't work, there isn't anything to really boost.

Because most of us are average joes. I don't care much about my size or shape. In our case, I think androgenic properties are far more important than anabolic. I just want T levels somewhere in the average male range (and got that).

Well, technically we are steroid users, just not in the same way bodybuilders are. Our goal is to maintain typical male hormone levels over the course of a lifetime, not necessarily to get super muscular quickly.
I think the reason why trans men do not stack (unless they are doing it on their own or actually are bodybuilders) is that the long term side effects are not known for some of those drugs. Doctors probably do not want to get sued. Honestly I feel safer taking as few drugs as possible.
As far as dropping estrogen goes, some of us never had any to begin with (mine was already in the male range) and some of us eventually get hysterectomies. So estrogen blockers would probably benefit some trans men but not others.

Did I violate rules? I read thru and I don't see where I asked anything against the rules. I apologize for posting dosages if that's a no no here. Technically test is test no matter what ester it has attached to it. It is a steroid even if it is prescribed. Not trying to flame anything up here. I suppose the way I should have wrote this would have been. Why don't ftm use bodybuilding type regimes to achieve their goals? Aren't we both seeking goals in our bodies that are not possible leaving it up to mother nature? We are both seeking to project how we feel on the inside outwards =))) thus although our challenges are different it's goal is one in the same. I got 3 replies while I typed this it said.

"In the United States, possession or use of trenbolone for humans is a violation of federal law." From Wikipedia...also probably why trans guys don't use it.

I should have said steroid abusers.
There's only so much working out does for a person as far as masculinization goes. It certainly doesn't change your voice, help you grow facial and body hair, etc. As a cis male you have already achieved, through your birth, the goal of trans men.

You make a good point. Steroids are very taboo. Even hrt clinics have been shut down for supposedly over prescribing Hgh and test. I never went to a doctor for a script. Although my doctor knows and I get bloods done every 6 months. My last test I came back with low cholesterol of all things lol Guess I wonder why not just get them yourself? I saw posts about natural test boosters lol so some ppl are looking for other ways then the doctor.

It really does make you grow more body hair and achieve more. It was driving me nuts I have hair EVERYWHERE all joking aside. There is huge difference between use and abuse. Pro bodybuilders-abuse. Average guy cycling one or two compounds-use. As far as tren I know it is an advanced compound as I already said but no doubt it would amaze anyone who used it for ftm.

I'm looking for a number of miracles to happen. When it comes to HRT, I'll take the legal, certain and safe route.
As to Tren
http://www.steroid.com/side-effects-of-tren.php
The Harsh Side Effects of Tren:
The Trenbolone hormone carries with it many possible adverse side effects and while the probability of each one will vary there are a few that carry a much higher probability than most steroidal related reactions. Many athletes who supplement with Trenbolone will notice these side effects to a degree and many of them will be able to tolerate them quite well; however, for some they can become so intense that supplementing with this powerful hormone is something they simply cannot do. The harsh side effects of Tren can include anxiety, insomnia, rapid heart rate, night sweats and even a complete loss of libido and sexual function and they can reach a level of intensity that is more than likely beyond your imagination.
Lets be clear, these adverse reactions will not occur strongly in the majority and how high you take your dose will in many cases play a very large role. Further, issues surrounding libido and sexual function are largely avoidable if exogenous testosterone therapy is applied and enough testosterone is administered to combat such an issue. Testosterone supplementation is essential to Trenbolone use as the Trenbolone hormone will suppress natural testosterone production tremendously. As for the other harsh side effects of Tren, if you use responsibly you will greatly improve your odds but you need to understand with this hormone there is no guarantee; each and every individual will respond differently.
The bolded are 2 good reasons to not use it.

Health insurance definitely would not cover it. But a bottle of test costs about $30-40. I'm sure you would pay more of a copay at the pharmacy.

It seems like you assume that the goal of trans men is to be muscle covered studs. When really at the most basic level it's to have a male body, which is what I meant when I said you achieved the goal of trans men simply through your birth.

Test cyp will shut off your production on it's own. The dude effects that suck with tren are being out of breath walking up a flight of stairs. it works on the same receptors as test. They fight for the same ones. Since tren is much stronger it wins everytime. I can't mention doses here but I can say high dose tren low dose test. If a ftm has the same hormone levels as a guy cycling no reason the ftm wouldn't be on the same level. By the way to restart natural test in a male after cycle we use pct. Nolvadex, Clomid (fertility drug that is how I got my mini me lol) and hcg. 4 weeks later your making more test naturally then before.

What is the goal of transman? I thought it was to get to where a normal guy would be and maybe more on the athletic looking side. You got my attention =))

Also with certain legal changes you need a doctor to sign off that you're transitioning. In the UK NHS covers transition care completely, most Canadian provinces have coverage too. Certain US states require transition related care to be covered. I get my liver checked out regularly because T can wreck that.

You already have more of the features we want, before you were even born. No hormone can do that after birth. It has nothing to do with athletic looking or even good looking. The goal is man, not trans anything.

Quote8. The discussion of hormone replacement therapy(HRT) and it's medications are permitted, with the following limitations:
A. You may not advocate for or against a specific medication or combinations of medication for personal gain. This is strictly prohibited.
B. You may not discuss the means to acquire HRT medications without a prescription. The discussion of self medication without a doctors supervision is prohibited.
C. The discussion of recommended or actual dosages is strongly discouraged to prevent information obtained on this site from being used to self medicate.
We can not in good conscience condone the self administering of these medications. Not only may self medication be illegal, but HRT medications can cause serious health problems, and many have the potential for life-threatening side effects that can only be detected and prevented with proper medical supervision.

Liver values normally only come in to play if using orals. Test injections can raise values but not too bad. Test is harder on cholesterol much harder. What is actually prescribed for most ftms?
