Thought I would check to see if any other older TG's having success with HRT. I am 54 and started HRT 3 months ago tomorrow. My breast growth has been awesome so far. Just a few days ago I really felt my breasts with out touching them. All I ever read or heard was I should not expect much for my age.  I am very pleased and I know I won't need a BOOB JOB!!!!!

When I started Progesterone that really got them growing.

I'm 52 and I started two years ago.  I'm a solid 40DD.  At 6'1" and 192 lbs, I'm not fate either.  I got luck in the booby department.  Not so luck in the face though.

I'm 49 and 5 months in and my boobies are coming along nicely. Here lately I've noticed guys talking to my boobies during conversations. Though mine are only A's so far they're nice round feminine A's, sore as hell and at the moment having a growth spurt!

I'm beginning to think age has much less to do with how well hrt works for you than genetics. My SO told me just today if my boobs get bigger than hers she is going to be pissed!, lol!!

I cannot truly comment as I am still to start hrt! Hoping though this will be quite soon. Just awaiting follow up appointment at gender clinic having had my diagnosis of gender dysphoria. I'm 50 on Sunday and cannot wait to start! I want my boobs desperately. Bigger the better so I  can finally express myself as the woman I am inside. I have half sisters and aunts who are well endowed and quite busty. Keeping my fingers crossed that genetics count for more than age!

you are lucky. i am about to begin hrt soon and i hope to reach a b cup size quickly (already a manboobish a cup). glad to read you achieved this on a low E dosage. i also plan to take it nice and slow...

I am super pleased to hear the responses from all of us that in the older age group that are getting great results. I was so worried that nothing would happen because of my age. I have wanted breasts since I was 9 years old and now getting them. Some times I still can't believe they are all mine or I will wake up and they are gone.

I am 52 and 1 year HRT. I was at 2/3 E for 6 months and full dose for 6 months. My wife tells me I am a B.

49, will be 50 very soon...2 years on HRT, 9 mos on over the counter progesterone cream...was a B after one year, more or less stalled at that point. Since starting P-cream have gone to a 44D (in 6 months).

Yay for us!! (Just watch out for car doors and other corners!  ??? )

We're the same age Beth. I turn 50 this coming Halloween. Right now I fill an A cup nicely and my boobies are having a growth spurt. They're sore as hell. My biological Mom was only a B cup though, so as for me I'll just have to wait and see. I'm very happy with the way mine look too. They're nice round and feminine like a young girl's who's going through puberty. Another great thing about hrt is I feel young again like I'm in my 20's. :eusa_dance: My bloodwork also shows I'm much healthier than I was before starting my hrt. Even the borderline anemia I've suffered most of my life is gone. I don't believe age matters with hrt as much as genetics do.

OMG yes was there at three months.. just wait.. at 6 months I am not able to hide very well...I have lost 60lbs since last year and only thing not smaller is my chest and butt.. and legs.
I was XL shirts now can wear a medium except that if I do I show big time..
So I wear a sport bra that is tight and a large button down over a medium T shirt.
Enjoy the ride.. I know I am.

It is super exciting to see all the posts about our success with breast development. I too feel 10 years younger since starting HRT. Best wishes too all of you.
