Title: ermm....awkward question
Post by: jussmoi4nao on June 09, 2014, 10:10:55 AM
So, okay. I have sort of an awkward question, derp.

I've been on HRT for 7 months now, consistently. And for a while I pretty much lost all sexual functioning which was okay.

But here's the thing, I'm thinking I'll probably start web camming soon (as in cam porn) and a big part is being sexually function able.

So..yeah I have been exercising 'it' to regain functionality which has been working quite well in some respects. Except one.

I still produce either nothing or a very small amount of...basically water. Just a teensy bit. Which is a problem because a lot of what guys go to those sites for is to see that soo.

Basically I'm wondering if eventually that will return as well with exercise? And please don't say not to cam, because I need money, and don't say to ask my doctor, because I don't have one.

Is part of your HRT package Finisteride?  That stuff will significantly reduce any production of "liquid."  Other than that it will take a real balancing act to have function and some sort of feminizing from the HRT.  As noted by Kate you will have to back off on AAs.

I notice even 2.5 months in I have very little as well, it tends to go back towards normal if I don't take my spiro right after waking.

Without substantial testosterone levels you won't be able to produce actual sperm.

The clear liquid will remain for the most part to a varying amount of what your testosterone level is.

Choose feminization or sperm, you can't have both.

I think in men taking bicalutamide alone (anti-androgen), sperm, sexual function/libido and genitalia size aren't affected while androgen remains strongly blocked and estradiol is slightly increased. Even some estrogen taken alone might affect "liquids".

It would be wise to have someone follow you and discuss with. :) Be safe.

Before you start changing your meds... have you looked into ways of faking it?
Porn's a fantasy. Not every thing you see on camera has to be real.

Excellent idea! I didn't think of that. ;)

First thing...
o.O

I hope you've thought long and hard about this before you really start - I'm worried about where you might end up emotionally doing this.

To answer what you asked:
Options:
1.  Fake it - it is fantasy.  I'm sure you can find out what the tricks of the trade are (ew... that is so not funny pun).
2.  Lower med dosages till there is enough T in the system for things to work - but you risk triggering yourself.  I can't give you specific advice as it would violate TOS.

Well. I am definately not gonna judge what you do, really that would make me sort of a hippocrite, I have never done porn but I definately ain't no angel either. Just be careful because once its out there it stays out there. It does take special people to be in that industry and a tremedous amount of self esteem and self confidence. So just be careful and make sure you can handle it in the long run emotionally and mentally.

Definately you are going to have to try to find a balance of hormone levels and like Kate said you really need to talk to an endocrinologist for that. If before you had severe dysphoria, it may come back. Personally I would try to contact some of the girls in the business through their websights and ask them questions about the whole deal.
